How can I connect the concrete world with the free-flowing realm of spirituality? This question has shaped my artistic practice as I navigate both creativity and spirituality. Though these disciplines are often viewed as separate, I have always experienced them as deeply interconnected.

Drawing has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. One of my earliest formative experiences occurred in kindergarten, when I created a drawing inspired by a vivid memory of playing in the snow with my cousin. As I worked, the sensory details of that moment, cold air, laughter, movement, and color, came rushing back. Translating emotion and memory onto paper revealed art’s ability to preserve human experience. That drawing later became my first piece shown in an art exhibition, solidifying my commitment to creating.

I continued developing my artistic skills through middle and high school, exploring a range of techniques and mediums. As I entered college, I pursued a degree in health sciences at Quinnipiac University while maintaining my artistic practice. After earning my master’s degree in advanced medical imaging, I began working as a travel MRI technologist, an experience that profoundly informs my work.

Living and working in New York City reignited my creative energy. Immersed in its vibrant artistic community, I found inspiration through galleries, workshops, and collaborations with fellow artists. The city encouraged experimentation and growth, pushing me to refine my practice and explore new forms of expression.

My work reflects the balance between structure and intuition, precision and spirit. Influenced by my medical background, I am drawn to themes of memory, the human body, and healing. Through my art, I seek to bridge spiritual themes and creativity, offering work that honors both physical understanding and emotional depth, while inviting viewers to reflect on the connection between art and human experience.
