Robert Pennino

The inspiration for my paintings comes from nature and positive energy. Using acrylic paint and spray paint, I create colorful abstractions that represent the beauty of the environment as I see it. Harnessing the freedom allowed by these mediums, I follow my instinct, painting an intuitive flow of strokes and applications, alternating between light and dark, translucent and opaque, rugged and smooth.

My art aims to convey the message of living in the present moment. Through my paintings I express a positive outlook, emphasizing the importance of seeing life as a celebration and being more grateful, even in hard times.
