Experimenting with different materials allows me to create a unique and personal aesthetic. I express my ideas onto my canvas through the use of abstraction combined with distinct, geometric parameters, the use of texture, and relief. I have painted for the entirety of my life as it is my essence, my way of communicating, and my most genuine form of being. Through combining a variety of colors, shapes, textures, and movements, I share my vision of the world and my surroundings. My artistic process begins first by studying my canvas and then I decide on the main geometric figure that is going to frame my composition. I then work around these shapes by adding areas of texture that create a sequence of movements. At times, my process can be random where I let myself go, or it can be completely controlled with a specific directive. After this, I decide on my main color palette which is connected directly with the structure I created, mostly inspired by my natural and urban landscapes.
