Exhibition I investigate the themes of recycling and environmental protection through an abstract realistic aesthetic, rooted in Mexican traditions. Drawing from my background in architecture, I explore how used artificial and non-artificial objects relate to urban and natural settings. The resulting landscapes are abstract impressions of real places filtered through the lenses of my emotions. While mainly employing acrylic paint, I experiment with different media and applications to discover new textures and shapes. Appreciating and admiring what surrounds us allows me to transmit my curiosity and desire for exploration through my artistic language; it allows me to create a work of art that conquers the viewer, with my own hands.
