I paint what I see and have fun in a visual world that exists at the end of my brush. What I see are people and ideas pregnant with infinite allegories. The characters are friends, family, lovers, and acquaintances of my life. I am far more interested in what questions I can ask with my work than the answers they would provide. The life force of the works thrives on the potential for questions and the conversations to follow. Icons, symbols, and color are the pieces that make up my visual language. The process involves puzzles designed to reward curiosity while immortalizing the subject. The stories discovered and the curiosities obscured are up to the spectator to contemplate.
