I use the words "Neo-Primitivism" to describe my artistic process and style. It is based on and takes inspiration from the purest and innermost world of my mind and soul.

My art is a critique of contemporary high-tech digital culture and topography. It is also nostalgic and aims to find the source of life. My works are an effort to escape the human thirst for form, extreme realism, meaningless decoration, and abstraction.

I do not depict realistic objects in my work because I want to retain their natural traces.

For instance, jute, my favorite medium, is great for stitching along wrinkled marks. The jute follows the bend of the cloth and is stitched step by step. By varying the thickness of the knotted line depending on the degree of expansion of its surface, the symbolism is settled into the story and takes the form of a creative scene through a visual molding process.
